Employment Exploration & Readiness

The Center for Student Parents student participants are given the opportunity to explore various careers while gaining valuable work readiness skills.  Students are placed in and off campus work placements that allow them to learn about a variety of work sites all while building their work history. CSP staff members work individually and in large groups on resume writing, interview skills, dressing for the work place and skills for being a good employee. You can also gain valuable work experiences through job shadowing, practicums, internships and cooperative education.
